FastWarm 150W Electric Underfloor Heating Mat
Fastwarm 150w heating mat kits are industry leading heating systems that can be used as a primary heat source (when used in conjunction with Fastwarm XPS or Tile backer boards, the warm up time will and running costs can be reduced as much as 25%) providing an effective solution to radiant heating under almost any floor covering and in any room type.
Fastwarm heating mats comprise of the thinnest (2mm) fluoropolymer (Teflon) coated, dual-core resistive heating cable on the market. The cables are evenly spaced at 65mm intervals to provide an even heat distribution across the floor to suit the required heat output. The mat system allows for use in small confined areas (bathrooms and en suites) plus large areas, making fitting a Fastwarm underfloor heating mat suitable for any DIY enthusiast. Please note that all electrical connections should be undertaken by a qualified electrician.
Fastwarm 150w heating mat kits come with everything required to lay and install the Fastwarm underfloor heating system, meaning there is no need for any additional components. Everything you need in a box.

- 1 x Fastwarm Programmable Thermostat
- (Choice of Digital, Touchscreen and WiFi controllers in white or black) All supplied with a 3m floor sensor probe
- Fastwarm Fastprime Primer
- (A water based acrylic primer, which is used to prime the substrate/insulation board to aid bonding and reduce moisture)
- 1 x Heat resistant duct tape to aid installation and fix any loose laid heating cable
- 1 x 2m Conduit length to house the floor sensor probe
Please note that electric underfloor heating elements cannot be shortened/cut so when calculating the correct size for an area please select a cable system that only covers up to 90% of the total floor space.
